FDA Approved Food Service Bags
All food-grade bags from Poly Pak Plastic are FDA and USDA approved and manufactured using high quality standards. Our plastic food grade bags are offered in a range of options, including:- Vacuum Pouches: Constructed of non-channeled, 9-layer poly-nylon film that provides excellent moisture and oxygen transmission. Available in 3 mil thickness and ideal for freezing and long-term packaging.
- Saddle Deli Pack Wicket Bags: Designed for high volume food prep and packaging, these flip top bags are made from high density, FDA and USDA approved material. Mounted on a wire wicket for easy dispensing.
- Sandwich and Silverware Bags: Feature a 1.5” flip top flap for easy sealing without the use of bag closures. Made from low density polyethylene and available in 0.25 mil or 0.75 mil thickness.
- Tamper Evident Reclosable: Bottom-loading food service bags with a reclosable zipper protected by a perforated tear notch at the top of the bag. Once the bottom of the bag is heat sealed, the contents remains secure until the perforated top is removed. Available in 2 mil thickness.
- Slider Top Bags: Reclosable plastic food bags with a slider enclosure. This style is ideal for use with gloved hands and the slider helps hold the bag open for one-handed loading.
- Low Density Wicket Bags: Plastic food-grade bags that are mounted on a heavy wire wicket for fast and easy manual loading. They feature a bottom gusset and can be heat sealed or secured using tape, staples or bag closures.
- Saddle Pack Deli: Plastic food-grade bags with a flip-top opening for high-volume packaging. Available in clear or printed options.
- Heavy Duty Ice Bags: Heavy-duty plastic food bags that remain flexible at low temperatures. Made from metallocene low density polyethylene and available in 5 lbs., 8 lbs., 10 lbs. and 50 lbs. options.
- Poly Prop Bags: Food-safe poly bags available in lay flat, reclosable and specialty options to meet a range of packaging and storage applications
- Poly Prop Gusset Bags: Feature gusseted sides or bottoms to accommodate larger objects. These poly bags are offered in thicknesses up to 3 mil and sizes up to 8”x60”.
- Lay Flat Poly Prop: Two-dimensional poly bags that can be sealed with tape, staples or heat. Available in thicknesses up to 6 mil and sizes from 2”x3” to 56”x60”.
- Lip and Tape Poly Prop Bags: Releasable food-grade bags made from clear polypropylene with a self-sealing lip and tape closure. These bags are1.6 mil thick and resealable.
